Digital products you purchase are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not:
Personal use means: you may print digital products for your own use, complete journal pages, and follow programs for your personal wellness.
All purchases on nurtova.com are processed securely through Stripe or Gumroad/Payhip. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charge.
Digital product delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon successful payment. You will receive a download link via email.
Pricing: All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a digital product purchase, email contact@nurtova.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
To request a refund, please include your order number and the email address used for purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not available for subscription services after the billing period has begun, or for products where the primary content has been substantially consumed.
